1. How to send a notice

Send copyright complaints to legal@wildlightai.com. Include enough information for Wildlight to identify the work and the material at issue.

• Your physical or electronic signature
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• A description of the material you want removed and where it appears on Wildlight
• Your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act

2. What Wildlight may do

Wildlight may remove, disable, restrict, or preserve the challenged material while it reviews a notice. Wildlight may also ask for additional details before taking action.

3. Repeat infringers

Wildlight may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit infringing content or misuse the complaint process.

4. Important operational note

This page is a workflow notice, not a substitute for registering a designated DMCA agent where required. Wildlight should keep any formal registration, if completed, aligned with the contact information listed here.
